Good for my budget

I was looking for the best deal on malaria prevention for my upcoming trip, and Runway Health really delivered. I got a percentage off a medication bundle during a seasonal sale, and it brought the cost down significantly compared to other places I checked. The consultation for Malarone was straightforward, and the overall value felt really good. Shipping took about 5 days to get to me in Arizona, which was fine. I felt like I got my money's worth.

So easy for my trip!

I used Runway Health for Altitude Sickness Medication before my hiking trip, and it was so simple to get! The consultation was quick, and my Acetazolamide arrived super fast. This made planning for my adventure so much less stressful. I'm definitely going to use them again for my next international trip!

Good value for malaria meds

I needed Malarone for my trip and found Runway Health. Their new patient promo saved me $10 on my consultation, which felt like a solid deal. The overall price for the medication bundle was also competitive compared to other places I checked. It definitely felt worth the purchase.

Saved money on travel meds

I needed Ciprofloxacin for a trip and was looking for the best deal. Runway Health had a good price for the medication itself, and I got a $5 off my first consultation. The overall cost felt very reasonable compared to what I expected to pay at a local pharmacy or urgent care. The consultation was quick, and getting everything delivered was a bonus. Worth it.

Convenient, slight shipping delay

Getting my Altitude Sickness Medication through Runway Health was pretty convenient. The online consultation was straightforward, and the doctor was helpful. Shipping took about 5 days to reach me in Seattle, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but not a deal-breaker. Overall, a good experience for travel meds, just plan for a few extra days for delivery.

Good for travel meds, consultation wait

I used Runway Health for Malaria Prevention medication before my trip. The online consultation was thorough, though I had to wait about 2 days for the doctor to review everything and send the prescription. Shipping took 5 days, which was fine since I planned ahead. The Malarone itself was competitively priced, and the process was fairly straightforward. I would use them again for convenience, but they could improve on the consultation turnaround time.

Consistent service for trips

This was my third time using Runway Health, this time for Altitude Sickness Medication for a hiking trip. Like before, the consultation process was smooth and the Acetazolamide arrived on time. I appreciate that their service is consistently reliable; I know what to expect. It's much easier than trying to get an appointment with my regular doctor for travel-specific prescriptions.

Smooth process, minor hiccup

I used Runway Health for a Travel Health Consultation and to get some Azithromycin for an upcoming trip. The ordering process was quite smooth from start to finish. I filled out my medical questionnaire, had a quick virtual consultation, and the prescription was sent out promptly. The digital health records are a nice touch, easy to access later. Delivery took about 4 days to reach Austin, which was decent. My only minor gripe was that tracking updates weren't super frequent, so I wasn't always sure where my package was. But the medication arrived well-packaged and was exactly what I needed. Customer service responded quickly when I had a question about my consultation time.

Thinking of trying Runway Health for my trip to Mexico. Are their doctors actual licensed docs, or like, chatbots?

S Sofia Smith 2 weeks ago
They're real doctors, licensed in your state. Had a video call with mine, totally legit.

Definitely real doctors. I was a bit skeptical too but my consultation was thorough, much like a regular clinic visit just online.

How much does the initial consultation usually run? Just trying to budget.

M Melissa R. 3 weeks ago
I think it was around $30-40 for me, but sometimes they have first-time patient discounts that knock it down a bit.

B Brittany Wright 3 weeks ago
Yeah, the consultation isn't too bad, especially if you snag a new patient promo. After that, it's mostly the cost of the meds.

Hey, anyone know how long it usually takes for the meds to actually show up after a consultation? Planning a trip soon and need to time it right.

A Abigail W. 3 weeks ago
Mine took about 5-7 days to arrive after the consult. They ship pretty quick once the prescription is approved.

A Amanda N. 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I think it depends on where you are. I'm in California and it was about a week. You'll get tracking once it ships though.

I saw a promo code mentioned somewhere, can you stack discounts like a new patient one AND a referral credit?

J James Thompson 1 month ago
Nah, it's usually just one code per order. Tried to use two once and it only took the first one.

N Nick 1 month ago
Almost all online places only let you use one coupon at checkout. Pick the best one!

Is it possible to return any unused medication if my travel plans change? Or am I just stuck with it?

C Chris T. 1 week ago
Meds usually aren't returnable due to safety reasons, I think that's standard for prescription stuff. Check their policy but I wouldn't count on it.
4
S Stephanie Lewis 1 week ago
Sadly, no. Once you get prescription meds, you can't return them. It's a health thing. Best to only order what you definitely need.

Does anyone know if I can use my HSA card for the consultation or the meds on Runway Health?

C Chris Torres 1 month ago
Yeah, I used my FSA for the consultation fee last month, worked fine.

R Rachel A. 1 month ago
Pretty sure they accept both HSA and FSA, most telehealth places do for medical expenses. Worth a try at checkout.

Trying to decide between Runway Health and Passport Health for my upcoming safari. Anyone used both? Which is better for malarone?

L Linda W. 2 weeks ago
Runway Health is super convenient because it's all online and ships to your door. Passport Health is good but you have to go in person usually. For just malarone, Runway is probably easier.

A Andrew Garcia 2 weeks ago
I've only used Runway Health but their malarone prescription process was really straightforward. Got it super fast after my consultation. No idea about Passport Health though.

Hey, wondering if anyone knows how long it usually takes to get meds from Runway Health? I'm traveling pretty soon.

A Adam Clark 1 month ago
Mine arrived in about 3-5 business days after the consultation, I think they ship pretty fast once the doctor approves everything.

N Nancy Sanchez 1 month ago
Yeah, same experience. Got my malaria pills in about a week total, from signing up to delivery. Depends on where you are though, I'm in California.
